The projecting materials of the 3d phase projecting of industrial base CJSC «STEEL-Trade»(administrative building with the check point, fence) were handed in to the state autonomous institution «Lenoblgosexpert».

The positive resolution was received from interdepartmental committee concerning placement of industrial forces on the territory of the region and preliminary agreement of the placement of motor pool enterprise on the territory in 4, 25 ha of «STEELAUTO» Ltd 10.08.2010.
The prospecting works will start after the execution of the territory in lease.
The work in defining the companies-contractors for fulfilling works has began:
a) production and installation of sandwich-panels;
b) production and installation of windows;
c) production and installation of sectional gates;
d) production of metalware of overhead cover of servicing metal center;
e) arrangement of overhead cover of servicing metal center;
f) reconstruction of railway lines;
g) general designer in projecting motor pool enterprise of «STEELAUTO» and shop of length and cross cutting of rolled lamellar metal with rolled section.

There were held public hearings concerning two subjects:
— "Reconstruction of the industrial base of CJSC «STEEL-Trade» on the territory of the former industrial base of CJSC «Trest ¹68»
— "Projecting and construction of motor pool enterprises «STEELAUTO» Ltd".
During the public hearings citizens of Nikolskoe have found lots of positive moments. It is certainly newly developed work seats for citizens of Nikolskoe, availability on the territory financially-secured enterprise, land and income taxes will go to the city budget and the development of infrastructure of the town in general, besides it CJSC «STEEL-Trade» will assist in arrangement of a U-turn ring.
The citizens unanimously supported the suggestion about the reconstruction of the industrial base of CJSC «STEEL-Trade» and projecting and construction of the motor pool enterprise of «STEELAUTO» Ltd.
The following tasks were fulfilled:
Property registration

The certificate for the registration of the rights on the ground area with building.

Security of the territory and the property were organized.
Pre-projecting period

The licence for the projecting and construction were received.

Fundamental agreements from the corresponding organizations on the receiving of additional facilities and limits were received, and also technical conditions of the growth of the consumption volume of communal conditions for the usage of existing communal nets (electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage) are preparing.

The pre-project of transferring of railway lines on the territory of servicing metal center is ordered.

The Pre-project of «STEEL-Auto» is developed.
Projecting

The General plan is approved.

The projecting and prospecting works are being held.

The project of the servicing metal center of the first stage of the construction is on the examining at the state autonomous institution «Lenoblgosexpert».

Additional facilities and technical conditions for the joining to nets electricity, gasification, water supply and sewerage.

The project of transferring of railway lines on the territory of servicing metal center is fulfilled.
Construction

The structure of own building department is created.

The company is purchasing construction machines and means of small mechanization.

Dumpers, truck cranes, excavators, compressors, das-cutting equipment and so on.

The agreement on the production of 17 bridge cranes. The production has began. The delivery of the first six cranes is since June till August 2009.

The preparing of the territory for the production has begun: dismantling of existing buildings.

The workers are provided with sanitary and living conditions.

The structure of the metal-working machines and technical equipment in accordance with production technology is defined.
