Total area – 18 000 m2.
Servicing metal centre consists of a covered three-span platform that provides reception, storage and shipment to clients different metal-roll, profiles and sorts of low-alloyed steel and also aluminum and stainless steel.
Volume of one-time storage is up to 40 000 tons. For provision of additional services in the composition of servicing metal centre is implied a heated industrial building (total area – more than 2 000 m2), that is equipped with all kinds of the equipment for the production of high-quality half-finished product of welding construction, including straightening, cleaning and preparation of surface, for marking, for mechanical and thermal cutting, f or bending and mechanical treatment.
All cargo turnover is carried out by 10 electro bridge cranes, hoisting capacity from 10 to 20 tons and special self-propelled carts (hoisting capacity – 70 tons).
The territory of the servicing metal centre will be also equipped with the platform for one-time loading on 10 trucks.
Competent distribution logistics, personal management of each order, preliminary packaging arrangement of an order of any complexity will let our clients receive metal in due time in a proper place 24 hours a day!
The project of service metal centre project of the first stage of construction has already passed examination in the state autonomous institution «Lenoblgosekspertiza».
