In the reinforcement steel shop that is settled in Nikolskoe City construction works in the installation of windows come to its end, and also such works as installation of the roof, installation of profile sheets, installation of entrance gate, strewing with crushed stone the foundation, manufacturing of the floor and construction of the domestic building. The reinforcement shop will be completely ready to exploitation on 28th of December 2010.
16 of December 2010 the Administration of Nikolskoe urban settlement of Tosnenskii District Leningrad Region gave the permission to CJSC «STEEL-Trade» for the construction, reconstruction, complete overhaul of production base, namely «Reconstruction, expansion and construction of the production base in Nikolskoe City Leningrad Region’» the third phase of construction — administrative building with the check point-1, fencing of the territory.
1. Fencing around the reinforcement shop is in the progress.
2. The installation of windows has begun.
3. Planning of the domestic building has begun.
4. The interior decoration of the domestic building.
Administration of Leningrad Region State Construction supervision Committee and state expertise of Leningrad Region State autonomous establishment «Administration of State expertise of Leningrad Region» gave the affirmative conclusion to CJSC «STEEL-Trade» 16 of November 2010: the object of capital construction, production base of CJSC «STEEL-Trade» (third stage of projecting: administrative building with checkpoint ¹ 1, fencing of the territory).
30th of November 2010 took place the award presentation of best managers in the city and in the region according to the opinion of «Business Petersburg».
