Orders

The deliveries of metal-roll are made with the storehouses of CJSC «STEEL-Trade» according to prior requests. The address of the storehouse in Saint-Petersburg: Ekateringovka river emb., 18, building 1. Labor hours: 8:00 – 23:00 Monday to Saturday.

The prior request you can make in the following way:

• call +7 812 777-3-777 and leave a request to a manager in oral form;
• send a request by fax +7 812 777-3-777 or by e-mail zakaz@steel-trade mentioning interested positions;
• visit our office at St. Petersburg, Avenue Slavi, 52, building 1.

We recommend to use a form of request.

Payment

The relations between CJSC «STEEL-Trade» and an organization-customer are based on the agreement with prepayment of delivery or postponement of payment.

Also, delivery that is based on prepayment according to an account (inflow of cash of an organization-customer on the settlement account of CJSC «STEEL-Trade») or according to the letter of guarantee in the form of CJSC «STEEL-Trade».

After harmonization of some positions of metal-roll, prices, quantity and the form of payment, the account will be formed and sent you by fax or my mail.

The payment period is limited and indicated in the account or is regulated by the supply agreement.

Shipment

After receiving of cash means on the settlement account of «STEEL-Trade», the data and the way of delivery are finally coordinated with the manager of our company; and if the delivery is made by the transport of CJSC «STEEL-Trade», than the exact address of delivery, the access road, guaranteeing of unloading and the information about the contacts of a person (Surname, name, telephone number) for the quick coordination of the delivery.

In case of receiving metal-roll the representative of the organization-customer should have his passport and pass to CJSC «STEEL-Trade» in a proper way the stateful warrant (in the warrant is indicated published data).

Transportation

For the own shipment the customer should give their own transport in working hours of storehouse of CJSC «STEEL-Trade». The shipment of goods is ceased directly at 20:00 (according to the time of shipment could be prolonged till 23:00). The customer is given all the necessary documents during the shipment.

The delivery of metal-roll of CJSC «STEEL-Trade» realizes in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Region. The customer is given all the necessary documents directly at the place of shipment of metal-roll.

The delivery of goods can be made by CJSC «STEEL-Trade» through the whole Russia.

The cost of delivery is coordinated beforehand with the manager of our company.

• delivery of the order by transport to the addresses of a customer;
