In 2008 CJSC «STEEL-Trade» purchased ground area with the square 6,2 ha and entrusted its own subsidiary company «STEEL-Stroy» Ltd the construction of the production-storage complex that includes servicing metal centre, the hardware shop, the shop of cleaning and finishing colouring, the reinforcement steel shop and motor transport enterprise.
The company invests own and raise finance in the construction of housing estate and objects of commercial property. At the same time with the construction of new objects on the secondary market of property for their further development and management. The realization of developing projects is made both with own forces and with involvement of partners that are well known and more reliable companies in the sphere of projecting and construction.
